CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM® WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Inaugural program: January - September 2015

The Conscious Capitalism’s Women’s Leadership Program is a revolutionary, world class leadership development accelerator. As a participant, you will enjoy exceptional coaching and unparalleled support and growth in a circle dedicated to breakthroughs in your leadership and the success of your initiatives. You will also experience a micro-culture where women’s authentic leadership thrives--and explore how to expand this culture as well as the conscious capitalism ideals within your company and/or community.

The Women's Leadership Program is designed to:

Realize the next level of potential for our leadership

Launch or expand initiatives aligned with our higher purpose and values

Help us become thought leaders and game changers in our companies or industries

Amplify our impact by joining forces with powerful and like-minded, women leaders

The program combines the best content and methods for unleashing authentic leadership and creative potential from popular Stanford and Harvard business school courses, with a rich experiential learning and group coaching program tailored to how women can best learn and grow. The nine-month program includes two leadership retreats, monthly small group coaching circles, and one-on-one executive coaching engagements. As a result, lessons are learned, reinforced, and put into practice in real time as participants are supported and stretched beyond their comfort zones to create sustainable change. During and following the program, women leaders create an ongoing community of practice that will provide support, wisdom, and inspiration for decades to come.

How To Sign Up

Who Should Attend

This program brings together a group of accomplished executives and entrepreneurs in the San Francisco Bay Area who embrace the Conscious Capitalism ideals and aspire to expand their impact and influence. Ideal candidates include senior and high level leaders in public or private companies, business unit leaders, business owners, and company founders. The program offers the opportunity to form lasting relationships with a community of peers--highly experienced businesswomen who share similar values and face similar challenges and opportunities in their professional lives.

We take great care to put together circles of peers for this leadership journey, so enrollment is by invitation only.  Please sign up for a complimentary 30-minute Leadership Breakthrough Session with Caroline or Sherri to explore whether this program may be a good fit for you.

During the session, we’ll support you to:

  • Move toward a compelling vision for your next-level impact

  • Identify obstacles to your full leadership power

  • Clarify what type of support structure would be most beneficial for your unique situation and goals.

If, at the end of your session, we both feel the program would be a good fit for your needs, you will be invited to join.

Schedule your complimentary Leadership Breakthrough Session here.

Please also download the brief preparation questions, and email us your responses prior to your session.

The questions are a great tool for your own clarity and will help us dive straight in to make the most of our time together.

Kickoff Retreat:  Your Higher Purpose, Leadership Power, and Next Big Thing

Through reflection, discussion, and experiential exercises, you will:

Step into the full power  of the leadership that already resides in you

Reflect deeply on what matters most to you in your life and work, resulting in a new cut on your True North Star – your purpose, values, and definition of success

Further clarify your leadership brand—and how to align your intention with the impact you actually are having on others

Awaken your “wanter” for the legacy you want to create in your organization and your world

Monthly Facilitated Small Group Coaching Circles

Small peer circles of 8-10 women are facilitated by expert women’s executive coaches (Sherri and Caroline) to create an intimate learning environment in which you are supported and stretched to expand your comfort zones and launch your next major initiatives, share learning and best practices, and sustain changes over time.  (Circles will be 2 hours by video-conference, with the exception of a half-day in-person session on May 19.  A choice of times will be offered.)

Topics include:

Authentic alignment – bringing your leadership, work, and life into full alignment with your higher purpose and values

The power of full engagement – mindful presence, radical self-care, and sustainable bandwidth for developing self and others

Transcending immunity to change – identifying and transforming hidden barriers, limiting beliefs, and habitual patterns that block access to your highest potential

Your Next Big Thing – planning and launching a game-changing initiative to put your higher purpose into action

Developing allies and strengthening your team – form and improve key relationships to expand your thought leadership, your team’s success, and the success of your Next Big Thing

Leading with power and flow - tapping into your inner wisdom and intuition and the creative flow state to do more with less, and to navigate effectively through uncertainty, ambiguity, and change

Creating conscious leadership and conscious culture – motivating, engaging, and developing your people; unleashing higher purpose, values, and discretionary effort across your organization

360 Leadership Assessment and Feedback – “The Leadership Circle”

This assessment, rooted in the groundbreaking “Immunity to Change” work of Harvard Professor Robert Keegan et al, will provide the blueprint for an executive coaching engagement aimed at broadening your impact and contribution as a Conscious Capitalist leader.

Five one-on-one executive coaching sessions with Caroline or Sherri are included in the program.  (As an added benefit, a more extensive 6 month or one year full executive coaching engagement can be added at a significantly discounted rate. Please inquire.)
